HOW TO MAKE A RETURN ON MHONEIRO.COM

RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

As the law Direttiva europea 2011/83 says, understood in Italy with the Law Decree of December 3rd 2013, customer has the right to withdraw from the purchase contract for any reason, with no need to give explanations.

The withdrawal right can be applied from the customer until 14 days from the reception of the purchased good. Customer must anyway communicate to MHONEIRO SRL the will to wield this right.

This right can be wielded only by the customer, or the physical person that purchases the goods for purposes that are non referable to the own professional activity and so that does not indicate in the order format a link to the VAT number.

Mind out there:
- Customer purchasing with VAT number cannot wield the withdrawal right.
- The withdraw can note be wield in case of loss of original boxing or all other set elements in which are comprehended eventual protective films, cables and any other thing present in the original boxing.
- It is not possible wield the withdraw only on part of the product purchased.

WITHDRAWAL PROCEDURES

1. In 14 days from the delivery date of the good, the customer must send a message via CERTIFIED MAIL with return receipt to

and must have the following copy ORDER NUMBER associated to own query. To get it, it is necessary to send a mail to info@mhoneiro.com , obtain it from your personal area by logging and controlling the order history or checking your order email.


2. When reception of the certified mail to MHONEIRO SRL has happened, the Customer Service of the company will contact the customer with an email to accept the query and confim the eventual delivery of the package.


3. The goods must be boxed in an accurate way preventing it from being damaged during shipping. It must be used the original boxing and the product must be complete as it was when received.. We suggest to effectuate expedition with ensured courier.


4. Shipping fees must be charged on the customer and he has the responsibility of the product during the shipping. In case of losing, thief or other MHONEIRO SRL wield the right to charge eventual damages.


5. In 14 working days from the acceptation of the wielding from MHONEIRO SRL the customer must send the product through the courer.


As the product is arrived, MHONEIRO SRL will provide to verify the entireness of the product and the presence of all original set products.


Company will give back the charge of all the received paying from the customer, comprehensive of the shipping fees, with no delay and anyway in 14 days from the day he received the product that is the object of the withdraw. The company will make the refund using the same payment method used from the customer for the original purchasing, except that the customer have expressly told otherwise and at the condition that this will not involve any further charge for the delivery happened for the refund.

Customer is responsible only for the reduction of the goods value resulting from a manipulation different from that necessary for understanding nature, features and right working of the goods.
To establish the nature, the features and the right working of the customer must only manipulate the product and to inspect in the same way as it is done in a physical store. So, during the withdrawal period, customer must manipulate and inspect the goods with the right diligence.

DAMAGE AND / OR TAMPERING

In case of damaging of the product during the shipping, MHONEIRO SRL will communicate to the customer what happened (in 5 working days from the receiving of the product in MHONEIRO SRL warehouse), to let the customer make a notification to the chosen courier and obtain the refund (if ensured from the customer).
